Ninja Warrior

Our ninja classes focus on obstacle coarse training, conditioning, and strength training. Students will increase their endurance, agility, balance, confidence, and basic safety. For a list of class times click the link below. 

Parkour

Our parkour classes focus on skills such as vaulting, swinging, jumping, landing/falling technique, balance, coordination, trampoline skills, and basic safety. We also do some conditioning and strength training. For a list of class times click the link below. 

Tricking

Tricking is a discipline that combines kicks, flips, and twists. It has borrowed and reimagined tricks from martial arts, gymnastics, and dance. It aims to achieve an aesthetic display of different combinations of "tricks." For a list of class times click the link below.

Spartan & OCR

Spartan

Spartan training builds complete fitness. It requires endurance, power, strength, agility, and speed. Students will climb, hang, jump, lift, and run to prepare both beginners and elites for their first or next Spartan race. This class is taught by certified Spartan coach Matthew Johnson.  Click the link below for class time and more information. 

OCR: The Fundamentals

Come take part in this challenging and fun training program. You’ll learn, build, and refine the fundamentals to begin crushing your competitive goals in the world of fitness, racing, and OCR. You’ll build the tools to face any physical challenge through the evolution of your strength, agility, stamina, balance, and confidence. You’ll also acquire the knowledge to keep yourself on the path and off the couch by learning helpful techniques, recovery, and nutrition strategies. This course will utilize the performance of functional strength training, flow movements for agility and balance, hybrid HIIT and cardio for stamina, and fun challenges on obstacles and courses. Homeschool

Our homeschool classes consist of both ninja warrior and parkour classes during the day for homeschool students. Students will increase their endurance, agility, balance, confidence, and basic safety. For a list of class times click the link below. Homeschool classes will break for the summer starting June 3rd and resume the week of August 5th, 2024.

 

Students are paired with others in the same age range and skill level.  Classes are regularly taught by the same coach so we can pay close attention to and really learn the needs of each student as they progress through our programs.  Coaches follow a curriculum that is focused on safety and technique.  Students may stay enrolled in the program as long as they wish.  All students will start in a Level 1 class and advance to higher levels by taking a performance assessment.

Class memberships are $100/month and include one designated class each week. Want unlimited open gym in addition to your weekly class?  We have that too, for $135/month.  For students who want to take two classes a week (mix and match parkour, ninja, and/or trampoline if you like), we offer a 2-class/week membership for $160 or add open gym for just $10.
